I have a passion for supporting women in their childbearing years and love blending my training as an engineer, yoga teacher, myofascial release therapist and doula to offer many options to keep you not just enduring pregnancy but truly thriving in pregnancy and beyond!!

Love your pregnancy, not just endure it! We’ll stretch, strengthen and relax with practices specifically designed for your changing body to help you feel healthy and vibrant, bond with your baby and prepare for birth and beyond.
Targeted for your changing body, Myofascial Release Therapy helps release restrictions in your connective tissue and balance your body so you move with ease, feel less pain, enjoy relaxation and prepare for baby!
Feel vibrant throughout pregnancy and confident as your due date approaches. We'll cover how to have the right tools, know how and when to use them and get you working together as a team!
A doula offers amazing physical and emotional support for birth. I'm not taking on doula clients right now, but visit my doula page for resources, education and personal doula recommendations!
