As moms we often put everyone's else's needs in front of our own, spend our days solving problems, and self-care doesn't always make the to-do list...especially coming off the year we've had!! Oooof!
Whether you’re in corporate America, homeschooling or distance learning, caring for babies, toddlers or teens, we all deserve support! This incredible community of moms creates a no-judgement zone full of inspiration, compassion and understanding for the ups and downs you go through on a daily basis! As a mom of 2 young girls, I'm right there with you! Join us to: * Increase strength and energy so you can rock your day! * Enjoy much deserved relaxation to end the night! * Relieve discomforts like back & neck pain, headaches & more!* Reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase energy & vitality! * Plus just enjoy some "You-Time" while you get healthier! This online class via Zoom is safe for those 6wks postpartum and beyond and will include gentle options as well as more challenging practices to suite a variety of levels.

Yoga doesn't have to be just about stretching. Join our amazing community of yoga moms to ask questions, get encouragement, learn stress management tools and get strong while making new friends!
As a licensed massage therapist specializing in myofascial release therapy, I weave in targeted practices to help your body relieve tension and teach practices you can use at home so you are empowered when needed.
Feeling stiff or achy, getting headaches or pain, struggle with scar tissue or inflammation, or just feel like your body could use some extra help, consider scheduling a private myofascial release therapy session or a nutrigenomics consultation.

New To Online Yoga? Here Are Some Tips!

Register and you'll be emailed a link to join and details to help you prepare. Log in a few minutes early to make sure your sound and camera are working or reach out for help!
Please wear clothing that makes it easy to move. We practice in bare feet or non-slip socks.
These props can be helpful but aren't required and alternative options will be shown: - Yoga mat or non-slip bare floor - 1-2 yoga blocks (or a sturdy foot stool or chair) - 1-2 firm blankets (for comfort and support in some poses) - A sturdy chair (idealy without arms) - Yoga strap (a tie or belt works great) - Some space to practice away from things you might knock over - A wall nearby can be helpful too I'll send an email before class if we need specific props for a particular class!
